Dr. Guo serves as a psychometrician of Psychometric and Quantitative Research at the Center for Applied Linguistics. She leads psychometric analyses for CAL’s assessment products (BEST Literacy & BEST Plus) and selected WIDA ACCESS project.

Dr. Guo holds a Ph.D. in Quantitative, Qualitative & Psychometric Methods from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. Her areas of specialization are High-stakes Testing, Response Time, and Computerized Adaptive Testing. She has presented her work at NCME, AERA, and Psychometric Society.
