Lupe Hernández-Silva is an Executive Administrative and Virtual Services Specialist at the Center for Applied Linguistics. In this position, she primarily provides administrative support to the President, Board of Trustees, Vice-President.

During the past 30 years, Lupe has worked on many projects under past administrations and division directors, these are some of the projects she has worked on : Two Way Immersion, The National K-12 Foreign Language Survey, the Center for Adult English Language Acquisition, the National Center for Research on Cultural Diversity and Secondary Learning, the National Clearinghouse for Bilingual Education.

Lupe is a native of El Salvador and married to an Ecuadorian.
