Anya Larson is the Customer Support Assistant, Client Relations for the BEST assessments in CAL’s Language Assessment and Instructional Research (LAIR) Division. She is the first line of contact regarding BEST product ordering, shipping, and support, ensuring a positive experience for all BEST clients. Anya holds a B.A. in Interpersonal & Organizational Communication and Spanish from Florida Southern College and an M.A. in Second Language Acquisition from the University of Maryland, College Park. The focus of her master’s degree was computer-assisted language learning and gamification of language curriculum. Anya is local to the DMV area and enjoys hiking, visiting museums, and trying new restaurants in her free time.
