Anya Larson is the Customer Support Assistant, Client Relations for the BEST assessments in CALโ€™s Language Assessment and Instructional Research (LAIR) Division. She is the first line of contact regarding BEST product ordering, shipping, and support, ensuring a positive experience for all BEST clients. Anya holds a B.A. in Interpersonal & Organizational Communication and Spanish from Florida Southern College and an M.A. in Second Language Acquisition from the University of Maryland, College Park. The focus of her masterโ€™s degree was computer-assisted language learning and gamification of language curriculum. Anya is local to the DMV area and enjoys hiking, visiting museums, and trying new restaurants in her free time.
