When selecting a test, it is important to consider the needs of all of the stakeholders involved. Stakeholders are persons involved with or invested in the testing process. They include test-takers, parents, administrators, teachers, instructors, and many others.Â
It may not be possible to meet the needs of all stakeholders. However, by taking time to consider the impact of the test for multiple stakeholders, you may avoid or reduce negative consequences and promote positive ones.
