Word Generation Project Director, Strategic Education Research Partnership (SERP) Institute

Claire White is Word Generation Project Director at the Strategic Education Research Partnership (SERP) Institute. She has been involved in developing various versions of the Word Generation curriculum since its beginning, as well as in providing professional development to teachers implementing the program. She has a background in teaching both Spanish and English. After finishing her doctorate at the Harvard Graduate School of Education, she worked in the ELL office of the Massachusetts State Department of Education, providing guidance to teachers adapting to the elimination of bilingual education in the state.
