Designing professional development (PD) to develop bilinguals’ linguistic and academic competencies is challenging. This session describes a district-based approach to implementing Two-Way SIOP Model PD to help educators integrate content and language instruction in two languages. Presenters share outcomes and planning tools that encourage system-level collaboration and initiative alignment.
